This needs to be pushed/memed/shared EVERYWHERE!

Start to make the pain of shame and ostracism more impactful than the warm and fuzzies these 'parents' get from harming their children.

Sometimes public censure is the best way to stop this sort of thing.

It's past time to make this stop happening
