Severe inflammation and autoimmunity throughout the body.
Circulatory obstruction throughout the body.
Immune suppression.

Pretty much dont eat any processed food and eat anti inflammatory foods. I rarely eat out especially at fast food joints.
Reverse osmosis water is best way to remove fluoride. Filtered water isnt enough.
