At one time Lego was almost broke then they started acquiring licenses to everything that became remotely popular and rose to the top. Now they want to plunge again. Shame on them. The pedophiles flocked to their theme parks and they had to ban adults without kids... They should know better.
Untrue. Adults are absolutely allowed at Legoland. There just is a small section that is essentially like a children's museum. That part requires adults to be accompanied by children, as all children's museums I'm aware of do.
Good to know its standard operating procedure at kids activity sites. I had the info re: Legoland via posts, I'd never been there. The whole Pedo thing isn't new. In Orlando downtown, Lake Eola has a park all the way around It had been a place where homeless people would congregate and Pedos would lurk in the bathrooms. Now they turn sprinklers on at night, have closed the bathrooms, and have a strong Police and Park Ranger presence.
Another place was in between Orlando and Sanford there is a Nature Preserve/swampy area which has several parks along with Nature trails where they take school children. I'm not sure if the lurkers there were homeless, but it was definitely a hookup spot for gays and Pedophiles. I'm not sure what or how they cleaned that area up.
Both of these places were bad in the 80's and into the 90's. Downtown Orlando they have built high rise condos and try to keep the homeless out of the Area. Painted begging boxes as the only place panhandling is allowed.

Busking boxes? That's pretty grim
Begging boxes where they are able to ask for money, these aren't street performers.
