The whole "stop2end" thing is a way to get you to confirm that yours is a real phone number. Donating to Donald Trump screwed my phone over because ever since then I get these texts. I used to get none at all!
Try forwarding the messages to 7726. It probably won't make a difference, but reporting the spam at least feels a little good.
