I think that theory is pretty sound.

The only thing I would question is this: the cabal has been around for decades slowly boiling the frog why do they absolutely have to stick to a sixteen year plan, and why would they have to catch up to that plan?

The only thing I can think of that would make that true is a coming event that is beyond their control. They know of the event, and the whitehats must know of the event, but the rest of us may have a big hole in our understanding of what is about to happen.

My own speculation on what the event might be centers around their climate change ruse. We think we know a grand solar minimum has started, what if the retraction of areas humans can live and feed themselves in is going to occur far faster than we know?

What else might cause them to have to stick to such a short time line after many decades of just slow creeping take over?
