Crohn's is an inflammatory disease, and supplements that manage inflammation would probably be a good place to start, along with probiotics. Besides, systemic inflammation is bad for cardiovascular health, cancer, and all sorts of other things. I take several of the supplements you'll find in the link above and they make a big difference for me (although I'm not a Crohn's sufferer). Best wishes for your friend.
So I haven’t seen anyone mention.. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6517156/
Not a cure but could be a promising treatment depending on where you live
Thank you!
Look into artemisinin for sure.
Thank you

Hi fren
Yes, we ask that questions be asked in the general chat.
That being said, I'm going to leave it up for now.
I hope you get some good answers.
My own first guess would be probiotics:

Or maybe antibiotics followed by probiotics
Thanks for the reply. Will post accordingly. Much appreciated!
Thank you also for your crohn's advice!
What I am saying is not advice at all, it's a pure guess and leads as to where to look.
Understood, for sure.
Here's another guess:
Vitamin D because it is important in moderating immune over-response:
