Probably international law and Geneva violation at this point. I don’t think he could ever get away with statute of limitations. But to reiterate my above comment I have a sneaking suspicion he was whisked away to a not so comfy jail cell awhile ago.
My biggest confirmation of the plan is that most of the loudest and most obnoxious characters who you saw daily are almost non existent (Obama, fauci, Hillary, etc.)
