Super sonic aircraft are pretty much military only. Not very many civilian aircraft in use that can exceed 700mph near sea level, the sound barrier is less at higher altitudes. Either way, any shaking of the earth is extremely unlikely from an aircraft. The air disturbance rattles windows and structures that are not very sturdy, but any earth disturbance would be extremely limited in area. Either way, it would not exceed anything more than a very localized area.
