I didn't see "emergency" in the OP, got a link? And I've had emergencies... emerge during an FTX before. Not involving third parties, mind you.
I dunno, I think the jets are a red herring. Either way, dude didn't just pass out on his own. He either suddenlied (excuse me while I add that to my spell check) or had more direct interference. See also: The NUMEROUS Hillary Clinton related airplane deaths from her time in Arkansas.
I forget the name of the guy, but that corrupt medical examiner that used to work with/for/around her ruled some guy other guy (can't remember the dead guy's name either, hopefully someone else does) died in a plane crash and had one or two holes in the top of his head that were IIRC pre-mortem. Can't find holes in anyone's head if him and his family are vaporized, right?
Chesapeake Bay is in and around Norfolk, the NUMEROUS naval bases there and Langley Air Force Base. It is/was also about a four hour drive to/from DC if the traffic plays along. It's been a while since I've been down that way, but I'm going to presume the Bridge Tunnel is still hell if you hit it the wrong time of day.
If you've ever worked or gone on vacation there sonic booms from air drills are common enough that "I [heart] jet noise" bumper stickers are a common sight. You can also tell who's been there a while based on whether or not they react to the jets' LOUD NOISES as they go overhead with anything other than a resigned silence until whoever they're talking to can hear them again. It's funny to watch new people unfamiliar with the sound jump, duck, or otherwise startle at the jets.
That said? That donor and his family dying is still suspicious as fuck, and it could even be something as simple as he developed Coof Jab Induced Suddenlies but jets practice in and around Tidewater is almost a daily occurrence, and they easily travel to DC, Baltimore, or apparently sometimes almost Tennessee, according to a friend of mine who teaches not far from Bristol.
Anyway, it's been a while, but if you go down that way: stay out of Newport News (a friend down there calls it "Bad News" for a reason). Stay away from ODU's surrounding areas (more joggers). Don't go to McArthur Mall after dark. Loggerheads is pretty good if it's still around. There's also a surplus store on Northhampton Blvd that seems to change names every time I go down there, but they have a GREAT patch selection if you're in to spicy memes with velcro backing.

"drill"
"exercise"
do they know these words make it sound more suspicious, not less?
I've been to Tidewater several times. See my reply about the commonality of jet practice in the area. tl;dr: It's damn-near daily.
right, but exercise and emergency are mutually exclusive. "this is not a drill".
and yet this incident is continually referred to as both an exercise and an emergency.

I've gotten to the point that I do not trust a single word, number or statistic that comes from any level of gov or the msm on any issue or subject.
I live 2 blocks away from Chesapeake bay. I didnt hear anything.
