Potus has the power to declassify without asking a clerk or even telling you. Potus can declassify. He doesn't need to ask permission or wait until CNN agrees that it is proper. he did in fact write a memo to memorialize declas. Did he even have any files that are in question? Didn't DOJ already return the docs that they stole from him? Which clerk needed to rubber stamp his constitutional right to declas? Where is that clerk mentioned in the constitution as a check and balance on the executive? And if you just say "gravity", it makes you sound boosted.
