Yes, many truths, but notice how the show makes a joke about what he's saying and it implies to not take it seriously that this guy is a "wacko" and a conspiracy theorist.
Basically to get the information out there, but it's just "not believable" coming from that guy.
That's truly incredible. Well, the script writers must have had the okay from the man upstairs. They were just rubbing our noses in it, fifty years ahead of time to implant the idea that resistance is futile.
I remember that show and even this episode. Perhaps this is an example of them having to tell us what they are up to.

This is how they’ve done it for decades, has something to do with their occult beliefs and them “telling the truth” to the public, is subtle and subjective methods as a way to garner “permission” from the public.

I’ve seen this and I know of their spiritual requirement to reveal their plans and their methods of how to do that w/out creating popular backlash so that they keep their karmic light set to green. Perhaps this is why nothing’s going as they’ve planned anymore. Enough of the population is awake, watching thei every move, listening to their every word, deciphering their comms, and screaming a resounding NO! which is throwng wrenches into the works. Maybe this forces them to abandon this principle and make rash decisions too quickly, without our unspoken “consent” which only further gums up their machinations.
They must always tell us what they are doing. It's part of their karmic order from their Satanic religion.
If you look closely, they've told us everything through media in one way or another. 9/11 is a big one.
