I said the same thing in another tread but wildfires this time of year is very common in Canada. They are part of natural cycles. The problem is that we interfere with them and it just gets more and more every year. Some plant species need fire to open their seed pods and release there seeds. I’m not seeing foul play I’m just seeing years of not allowing normal things happen.
There is no route. The fires in Canada are in BC, Nova Scotia which one is on the pacific ocean and the other on the Atlantic Ocean. Inland fires are in Alberta and Saskatchewan and some in several places in Ontario. There is no route for them they are wild fires. They were likely set but not by one person.

Most fires are started by people, followed by lightning, so unless there's been lightning over those places, it's probably people, but with the recent climate change replacement of covid, it really makes me wonder if it's people doing it for that aim?
