I know a vet in both TJ and encinada, both will do this for me , they are real vet Drs with reputable offices . The one in encinada is a distant relative of one of my daughters care providers , I would need to get it for you and then mail it to you, or u would need to go and I would let him know that you are coming , thsts a long flight and money etc . It’s not something he would do by mail to you , I don’t think so anyway . But I’ll ask , I know mailing stuff from Mexico is long , If you want to talk more DM me I can send u a photo of the actual vet booklet it’s the same you would get in the states ,its a vax booklet with all the shots listed that were “administered “and the “dates” the dr saw the dog , Ahem ! I gave him 10000 one vet charges 55.00 for all shots , the other dr charges 80.00 but as I said I was so grateful I gave 100 .00 !
