Ah. Yea I've heard of that but not NAC, yet lately I keep seeing NAC everywhere. Might have to give it a try
It might help if you have crud in the lungs that your body needs to process. I think it's also a precursor to glutithione, one of the most powerful antioxidants.
I'm hoping that the vaporized nicotine I inhale all day (3 years free from cigs) has cleared my lungs pretty well, but there are other things I bet I could clear from years of bad diets etc
