Russia is considered to be about 84% "white." Or the people at least resemble Northern Europeans, rather than Asians, etc. They don't keep records on their diversity like we do here, so it's more of an estimate. But they are a "whiter" country overall, compared to the US, percentage-wise. (Last I looked at the stats here, I think we were 74-77% "white.") They also have more than 190 different ethnic groups that reside there. But they also include much of the Caucasus Mountains in their territory, where we get the word "Caucasian" from. So, it is understandable they would be seen that way, since they haven't seen the influx of foreigners over decades like we have here.
Good insight, very good comment. My main qualm with the OP images is they are such lily white images they really do not give the impression of "Q is worldwide" and someone could easily misunderstand the point.
