Your gut feeling is correct. There was a flu that was going around and it was the worst in 100 years. C19 was made up to screw over Trump in the 2020 election. Nobody fell over dead in China, China didn't even have that many deaths when compared to us. China was completely in on helping get rid of Trump. Trump was laying the ground work on bringing millions of jobs back to the USA. If C19 never happened and Trump won in 2020, the unemployment rate would be null and we would be welcoming in people from the southern boarder to work, legally. Not only was China in on getting rid of Trump, they used C19 to fast track there Social Credit System. Win win for them.
