A handful of conservative lawmakers have indicated that they remain dissatisfied with the final terms of a compromise debt ceiling deal that McCarthy negotiated with President Joe Biden.

Could have shut shit down in January and left it shut down rather than installating McCarthy. Then we wouldn't have got the giant loss on the debt ceiling.

If there was no speaker and nothing coming to the floor, Biden couldn't have signed something that wouldn't have been passed. The fuck up was installing McCarthy in January.
