I think the invisible non-existent sandbag and the cadet with the Ukraine colors in front of Biden when he took the fall were most of the message. Combine it with the dam break in Ukraine and you get the whole thing. Flood coming, but there's no protection. The sandbag isn't there!

Also just realized why they pointed out Biden's shoes. They had U shapes on the bottom. U-boots. Stealthy submarine attacks will come with the flood. I think Q alluded to an unseen civilian counterpart to the Durham investigations...
Someone here pointed out that shoes with U-shaped soles are worn by dementia and Alzheimer's patients for balance and stability.
