It's impossible for "us" to do great things. It all belongs to Jesus. So yes that can turn into an ego high. God always gets the glory. Hallelujah Praise the Lord
Edit: this isn't to say that God doesn't do great things through us. Just that he must get the glory
Wow what a great question and something I have not truly pondered on before. I would say yes u can. However it could also be bad. If it's self seeking. That would make it the bad type. I don't think being proud of someone else though always is self. God should get the glory. This is a really good question though. Need to reflect some more on it. Will share if anything comes from it.

IF a person prides her/himself (without being in continuous Relationship~friendship with God/Jesus, then it is ego/bad.
But when a Saved/christian enjoys a harmonious/peaceful Relationship~friendship with Jesus. iow he/she lives to Please/Praise Jesus 👍❤️🌎🙏🌿🎶🎼🎵😊🌈 it it quite okay to be Humbly confident of our efforts as God created us this way 😊
