I read "...volunteered to come here..." as volunteered to join TGA, here on these truther sites, not volunteered to come to earth. I'm not sure what the tweet or truth author, Mark Attwood, meant by it. Are you sure he meant reincarnation? (Genuinely asking as I don't know MA).
I do believe I was guided/called here as do many other anons, but the purpose(s) remain unclear. Most gather truth and share it, some get involved in local politics, education, etc. in an effort to change things. Some share wisdom and perspectives from decades of life lived at least in a semi-aware state. Some provide much-needed humor, comfort, support, encouragement, a calming voice, prayers and the like. Some participate in dredging up evil with research digs, hopefully to be used in swamp draining. The list goes on and anons participate in varying degrees over various areas.
Anyway, MHO. As I said, I didn't read the tweet as referring to reincarnation, but to here on sites like GAW or Truth Social.
OK well that makes sense then. If you look at it from your point of you, then, yes, I agree with you. It’s just some of the stuff he is claiming, is a little bit out there, and that’s coming from somebody that’s so far down the rabbit hole I don’t know if I’m ever gonna make it out. Lol!
