I'm willing to take her up on her hypothetical.

Autism is a disease defined by developmental retardation which limits or completely restricts a sufferer's ability to interact socially with other human beings. If she wants to say that Leftists are limited in this way, maybe let her have that one.

Our autists are quite capable of socializing well with others peaceably and with good humor. See any Pepe meme you want for evidence of that
