No sane person believes this is anything other than an attempt to prevent the leading candidate from standing against the Resident. It's been this way for most sane people since the first impeachment.

This is only to create the flimsiest of premises to stop Trump. If this stands and Trump is prevented from running it becomes unavoidable to assume that there is no USA anymore, there is no justice, there is no electoral integrity, there is no jurisprudence, there is no republic there is only the first galactic empire.
