If parents who just had a child in the hospital told staff that they didn’t want their baby to have any vaccines, would the staff follow parental orders, or vaccinate anyway?

From what I saw on a Dr Ardis interview, they'll ask the parents to sign a form. If you ask for the exemption forms then they should honor that and not vax the kid. Apparently there's one for something they give a newborn and another for the rest of them. Might have to double check though.
