It had to be a fully loaded fuel tanker of course. In a normal world, it would have been an engine fire at worst. All trucks are required to have fire extinguishers + 911 call in metro area should be a quick extinguish.
That collapse will cripple that area from a traffic perspective for quite some time. I'm thankful the big boom didn't go off as planned!
