All my friends and fam are there and I'd be leaving everyone behind, or stay in AZ and start my own biz in 2 yrs..

Yes. Lots of hours at first but well worth it. Prepare your loved ones though.

Lots of opportunities with the business world committing suicide daily. People are searching for alternatives.
