agreed. tankers are aluminum.
gas burns at 536... aluminum melts at 1220 degrees Fahrenheit but losses structural integrity around 600 - and would easily be crushed at those temps (which could be reached during a sustained fire which lasted more than an hour). add rubber tires to the mix.
and as usual: "authorities" say it will take months to repair. (it probably will with Democrats in control.)
the real question is, what does this I95 shut down do for the swamp creatures? Could end up just being another money laundering scheme. Watch who gets the contracts...

Would CRUSH the container but not the solid steel chassis it sits on.
*There’s also a 3000lbs (avg weight) Diesel engine to contend with.
