How do you decide which words to capitalize - is it just random, or do you have some secret system nobody else knows about

I do it to change my typing patterns. Change punctuation and spellings etc.

I don’t do the upper case lower case thing, too annoying but I do hav e a few very intentional methods of writing on the internet.
