This one is about US mineral independence through Alaskan mining. Your government has been fighting against it tooth and nail to ensure dependence on Chinese copper and gold. Every once in awhile SCOTUS renders a decision against the EPA and new executive orders are issued while the your house and senate circle the wagons around it to keep American picks and axes out of the ground. It even happened under Trump.
