Which only makes the below scenario even more likely:

All politicians are blackmailed in exchange for being allowed to ascend to a powerful position.
All Leaders of Nation States must do things they aren't proud of, things they could be implicated for.

Many Leaders/ex-Leaders of Nation States have Fipped to the Patriots. However, pending Patriot court cases would be tripped up by those very same things well-meaning ex-Clown Leaders are implicated in.

Q. How do you solve this problem?
