Any nutritional value? Like eating sawdust?

All the gut problems and bread being blamed. I believe it's GMO wheat and other ingredients.

Conditioning the human body to eventually be able to accept it, as they did with milk.

All humans used to be lactose intolerant.

But they knew it brought needed calcium.
