I'm confused. I thought they dismissed charges in 2020? edit: ahh. https://dockets.justia.com/docket/florida/flmdce/8:2023cv00485/411523 This is Gen. Flynn case AGAINST the gubmint. Not the Gubmint against Mike Flynn. Good.

Fren, Michael Flynn is suing the U.S. government on grounds of wrongful prosecution. The lawsuit is a result of the 2016 FBI investigation during the Obama administration over Flynn's suspected ties to Russia.
