Whether he took office under dubious at best circumstances, he was sworn in and did take the oath of office. So did cameltoe. If the DS wants rid of them, then impeach, because with McCarthy, they still can operate in a business as usual footing. The multi-trillion 2yr "GOP will be weaker in 2y" deal should speak volumes
