Trump was arrested in New York on state charges and arrested in Miami on federal charges.

He was booked. He was not handcuffed. They did not take a mugshot. In Florida they said he was fingerprinted. They did digital fingerprints. I think he was. I think he was fingerprinted in New York as well.

You can't go to an arraignment without being arrested. He pled not guilty before a judge yesterday. You have to be arrested before that point
