Great point... and, in all fairness, today's barrage of information is unique and greatly more overwhelming--and inescapable even if you're just trying to live your life, let alone trying to help change the world. Rookie or not, the constant one more thing does take a toll in a way different than so long ago. And, today's rookies probably don't have the same coping skills or levels of patience that once upon a time were more pervasive in our culture (among other things).
there was still state sanctioned raping and eating of kids in the 70s. everything happening now was also happening then, only with even less transparency. so no, it wasn't better. we are closer than ever to retaking our world. if you're disappointed with Q's help, ask yourself where we'd be without it...
