From what I can gather it happened very fast after Rockefeller bought congress and instituted all the changes in education, science and medicine. I do think we can have a quick turn around if and when enough patriots get into congress after the democratic party is no more thanks to the disclosure. Look how fast people are adapting to artificial intelligence and knowledge about ketogenic nutrition for instance. Humans are amazing. Dumb as hell but amazing.
