OC is the most conservative place in SoCal. Source: Born there.
It used to be but not anymore. The county voted for Hillary in 2016 and Biden in 2020. But there are still some conservative cities left like Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Yorba Linda, and Dana Point.
If you think we (OC) voted in greater numbers for Biden than Trump in ‘20 then I have a bridge to sell you. I’m not talking about the “official” numbers, I’m talking about the obvious.
All throughout summer and fall of ‘20 there were sidewalk stands selling Trump merch all over the place. Lawn signs, flags, hats, bumper stickers, etc. for Trump outnumbered Biden 20 to 1. We even had car parades in the final month before the election.
Lastly, a few months ago at a meeting for New California State that I attended, the true (before algorithm altered) results were told to us, and I can’t remember the numbers, but Trump took CA by a huge margin. Of course we can choose wether or not to believe this because we’re not seeing the data firsthand, but it seems accurate with I had observed (at least in my area) all year leading up to the election.
I participated in many of those rallies. I'd say it depends on the area. Newport, Huntington and Yorba Linda are Trump country but Santa Ana, Fullerton, Anaheim, and Irvine are pretty liberal. Many conservatives left the county over the years and it's closer to 50/50 now. I remember a rally in Santa Ana getting really ugly. People were hurling projectiles from cars and some thugs assaulted the Trump supporters.
"The county voted" Uh huh. Sure. We totally don't have a completely fraudulent system.
OC doesn't use Dominion but their system is definitely rigged. In 2018, the Dems used ballot-harvesting and absentee ballot dumps to flip 4 districts. It was a trial-run for the mass mail-in ballot fraud perpetrated in 2020. That being said, I lived there for over three decades and did sense the county shifting blue in the last two election cycles. I would no longer consider the county conservative except for those cities I listed.
Trump won CA idk what you're talking about :D
