They were requesting the documents back all through 2021, then DOJ got involved the issued a subpoena, some documents were returned under the subpoena others were kept. Then the DOJ got the search warrant. If they return the documents when subpoenaed, this probably doesn't become an indictment. If they'd return the documents earlier, it doesn't go to the DOJ
