I get bad migraines. I’ve tried all the regular stuff that gets prescribed. I’ve found that Tylenol PM works to alleviate the pain enough to not want to commit suicide but Tylenol is not good for the organs.
I would actually give this a try if it weren’t for all the research done here and elsewhere about Covid vaccines and trying to kill us.
Don’t trust these Demons anymore.
My sister has migraine. She found out that it has to do with her eating habits and when she doesn't eat based on schedule, the migraine happened.
After that, she was able to minimize her migraine. See if you can figure out the pattern.
Carbo-fucking-hydrates ! Eating too many carbohydrates at night especially, which are converted to sugars in the body, causes a blood sugar spike and then subsequent drop over the course of the night, resulting in waking up with a migraine.
Big serves of chips, for instance, on top of sugary desserts will cause this.
I found this out on the net, not from my doctor. It caused a huge change in frequency and severity when addressed.
Eating like that, as you grow older, will gradually make you a diabetic.
Edit:- The other key was electrolytes. Drink electrolytes at the very first twinge of pain.
Those are great info. My sister did say drinking plenty of water helped.
No probs and thanks also.
I probably eat too late as well.
Have someone check your Magnesium levels if they haven't already. My son suffered terribly and then found out he was ridiculously low on Magnesium. They couldn't believe it actually. They had him take mega supplements for awhile to get a decent baseline and he is doing much better now.
I suffer from migraines due to being run over by car when i was a kid. Ive tried everything. At one po8nt i was eating tylenol or excedrin migraine by the literal handfull.
I started smok8ng weed. The headaches went away. Ive gone from 15 headaches a day to maybe a couple a month.
I know a lot of people dont like getting high but you might want to look into the cbd products or even smok8ng hemp. These wont get you high but will give your body a very nice relaxxed feeling.
Sumatriptan has been a life-saver for me for many years.
