Seems these should be detectable. I'm thinking there'd be a subtle infrared difference (cold "ears") and possibly an ultraviolet one depending on the material.
I wonder if a cell camera detects those frequency ranges. Maybe there's a chance of a detection app...
Are Phones that come with IR-cameras, not much in the major western-pushed brands but chinese brands like Doogee and Blackkview and others has them in their higher-end price range 3-500+$
I am talking about thermal imaging(FLIR which is synonymous with thermal imaging stands for forward-looking-infra-red so IR...), It's smartphones, would be kind pointless to put an IR termometer in one...

IR wouldnt be able to do it. you would need Thermal imaging.. it exists but not cheap. There are a few phones equipped with it but again not cheap.
