Seems these should be detectable. I'm thinking there'd be a subtle infrared difference (cold "ears") and possibly an ultraviolet one depending on the material.

Are Phones that come with IR-cameras, not much in the major western-pushed brands but chinese brands like Doogee and Blackkview and others has them in their higher-end price range 3-500+$
I am talking about thermal imaging(FLIR which is synonymous with thermal imaging stands for forward-looking-infra-red so IR...), It's smartphones, would be kind pointless to put an IR termometer in one...
I've used the much higher end FLIR infrared cameras in my industry which provide tremendous image details.
Nowadays even the cheaper ones can provide an image that is good enough to identify normal skin surface temperatures versus temperatures insulated with a mask.
I think that the eyes are a giveaway. The eyelid folds don't attach naturally to the underneath skin and it looks like the eyes are recessed too deeply. I think that's why the 'frail' Biden has such funny looking eyelids. That seems to be the case in this video as well.

IR wouldnt be able to do it. you would need Thermal imaging.. it exists but not cheap. There are a few phones equipped with it but again not cheap.
