Biden May Lose First Two Primary States by Forfeit

A Biden administration plan to move the South Carolina primary up in the calendar, and state Democrat resistance to that plan, may result in Biden not appearing on the ballot in New Hampshire and Iowa.

Wasn't SC the one that gifted Biden an unusual victory in 2020?

Might be a clever way of ceding Biden ground he would have stolen anyway. I remember it being unexpected at the time.
