When was this taken? I see a few potential delivery vehicles for comes in this picture but others would have to discern meaning.
Flynn's left arm is hidden. Also, his right hand seems like it may not be in a natural position.
-Not sure what this could mean, possibly a known hand signal?
The man above Trump's left shoulder appears to be holding a violin, though i could be mistaken as it is mostly hidden, in one hand along with the bow while teasing his mustache with the other, resulting in an 'Okay' sign. Beneath this is Trump's thumbs up
-Violin, to me, speaks of the "I call this next piece NCSWIC" Trump violin picture. It being held down could signify that 'it' has already arrived and the gesture with the other hand could signify that everything is okay. The thumb's up seems to support this. Perhaps this is verifying some other com?
The number of pens and pencils in the mug to Trump's left. The resolution isn't clear enough when I zoom in to get an accurate count of either. Number may be coms? Perhaps the lettering on the mug is important?
There is a medal on the man's coat in the painting but the box on the dresser outside the painting is empty and seems it may hold something similar to a medal?
The identity of the man in the portrait and the man in the portrait within the portrait may be important. They both seem framed by Trump's head.
The stripes on Trump's tie? It isn't his standard blue one and may relate in some way to Flynn's tie?
Simply because I didn't want to leave it at six possible ways this could be conveying coms, the location of the picture as well as the location and/or name of painting could have meaning?
1 - Flynn's right hand is how you are supposed to hold it when standing at attention in the military. Muscle memory. I still do it after 30+ years of being a civilian - and I'm not a general, and not usually standing next to the President.
2 - Teddy Roosevelt. He is holding a cane.
4 - I believe the "medal" is actually his reading glasses on a chain around his neck.
5 - Teddy Roosevelt, and Abe Lincoln.
Painting is called "Doctrine of Monroe - Teddy Roosevelt" by Jean Leon Gerome Ferris:
