I think it was nothing more than Biden's diseased brain uttering random "thoughts" and for no particular reason he said, "God save the Queen." It's like a robot that has had it's CPU corrupted and making random moves and statements that make no sense.

I was inclined to think that way until president Trump posted “long live the king,” which seems out of context in the post.
