I don't know how it happened, but Amy Pascal got control over the Spiderman IP due to some fake situation with the company (Sony).

She is an UBERSJW in the same vein as Kathleen Kennedy. She's a middle man.

She held Spiderman hostage for years and you cannot make a modern Spiderman with here SJW fingers on it. Hence Flash Thompson and Spidey's high school friends being multicultural in the Marvel Movies, and the bullshit with Zendaya's MJ (that they didn't want to call Mary Jane because it would have caused a boycott of Spiderman even back then).

All the Donald Glover shit in Spiderman was due to her. It's all her.
