They promoted this exact agenda in Ireland over the last decade or two if I remember right and then when a generation went to retire in the recent years they were told there was not enough workers to enter the workforce and so they would be importing workers from third world countries to fill this unexpected void.

It’s probably just a coincidence that it resembles another program of voluntary genocide and social engineering though.
