Like Fakebook, I am absolutely certain Twatter has backdoors the Clowns and Felons Bureau can access with their own code writers. I mean Hell, they created Fakebook.

PRISM is used by the NSA and others so its not a far toss that a version, or PRISM itself, would be used.
