Exactly. Another zero perspective, snail brain making unsubstantiated bullshit claims. Reagan 100% grew the military only AFTER Ford and Carter gutted it. ACTUALLY, the military became WAY WAY WAY more streamline with a massive focus on the NCO corps. Reagan did that.
