Well that's interesting, he's at the International Criminal Court in Brussels. Interesting timing. There's also the largest NATO exercise ever taking place in Germany this week.

He's meeting with the top prosecutor. Since the US isn't part of the ICC, what are they meeting about? Why is this happening the same day as Durham?
