There is no date visible but the address is Mar a Lago. So it must be from after the resident began his “term”.

I just received the card in the mail today! Melania's birthday was on April 26 and since they left The White House I've sent all of their mail to Mar-a-Lago which is, after all, the Southern White House and explains why it contains a SCIF.
