Personally I think the SEC playing games has been assumed from the get go. TMTG is part of the plan.
It would be awesome if because of the nonsense the SEC is doing that somehow They can be bypassed and the merger is approved without them knowing. The big shorts that are protected by the SEC will be caught with their pants down. Maybe the big shorts are the people at the SEC.
